Murray Supervisor of Records September 21, 2021 SPR21/2373 Cara Dahill Town Clerk Town of Carver 108 Main Street Carver, MA 01773 Dear Ms. Dahill: I have received the petition of Iona Trailer appealing the response of the Town of Carver (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 6, 2021, the requestor sought: all information related to the Town of Carver’s Assistant Town Administrator position AND Human Resources Department. Please include all recruiting information, list of people that were interviewed for the position, including but not limited their resumes or CVs, which should include any and all educational background and/or any life experience that could satisfy the educational requirement. Additionally, please provide all CLE classes taken for each year the position has been filled by each individual and the cost of said training for both positions. Previous appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR21/2143 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (September 7, 2021). The Town provided a response on September 7, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2373, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Town provided responsive records to the requestor on Septemeber 21, 2021. Given that this appeal was opened based on the September 7th response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. The requestor may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s Septemeber 21st response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
