G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 9, 2021, Mr. Sennot requested, “…Annual numbers of school-based arrests, citations and court referrals of students in the New Bedford School District. We are requesting those numbers for the academic years: 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018-2019 and 2019- 2020 and 2020-2021. We are also requesting a copy of the most recent and previous MOU between the school department and the New Bedford Police Department.” On September 3, 2021, the Department responded. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Sennot petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2375, was opened as a result. After a telephone conference with a staff member of the Department, and a review of the case file, it is unclear that the requestor provided all responses from the Department. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1)(g) (requestors shall provide to the Supervisor complete copies of all correspondence associated with the petition). Accordingly, I am unable to opine on this appeal at this time. If unresolved issues remain, Mr. Sennot may file an appeal with this office with the necessary documents.
