The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records September 27, 2021 SPR21/2397 Ms. Kathleen Lentini Town of Natick Natick Town Hall, 1st Floor 13 East Central Street Natick, MA 01760 Dear Ms. Lentini: I have received the petition of Attorney David A. Russcol appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Natick (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Russcol requested “[a]ll insurance policies, including but not limited to general liability policies or employment practices liability policies that insure the Town of Natick or any Town officials or employees against employment-related legal claims, including but not limited to claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, or retaliation. Please include such policies for the period January 1, 2018, to the present.” Having received no response, he petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated September 27, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney Russcol may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Attorney David A.
