Murray Supervisor of Records September 22, 2021 SPR21/2398 Jeanmarie Tarara Town of Holbrook 50 North Franklin Street Holbrook, MA 02343 Dear Ms. Tarara: I have received the petition of Laura Stevenson appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Holbrook to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Stevenson requested evaluation documents for two certain Holbrook School District employees. Claiming to have received no response, she petitioned our office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Town notified this office that the request has been forwarded to the appropriate parties within the Town to provide a response. Said response must be provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten business days. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. If Ms. Stevenson is unsatisfied, she may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
