G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 30, 2021, Ms. Belenkiy requested: • All ABA and ABV training materials used by staff and service providers under the HOOSAC Valley Regional School Districts Special Services umbrella, including training materials, modules, guides, bullet points and communications. • Any other training materials used by staff and service providers to teach mask wearing. Claiming to have not yet received a response, Ms. Belenkiy petitioned our office and this appeal, SPR21/2409, was opened as a result. Despite being notified of the opening of this appeal, it is unclear whether a response has been provided. Accordingly, the District is ordered to provide Ms. Belenkiy with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten business days.
