G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 9, 2021, Mr. Hawkinson requested a letter “. . . seeking an opinion regarding 39 Hubbard.” The City provided responses on August 20, 2021 and September 21, 2021, denying access to the responsive record pursuant to the common law attorney-client privilege. Unsatisfied with the City’s responses, Mr. Hawkinson petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2429, was opened as a result. Subsequently, the City provided a supplemental response on October 1, 2021. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Hawkinson may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
