The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records October 6, 2021 SPR21/2443 William Buckley Assistant County Director Norfolk County Commissioners 614 High Street Suite 201 P.O. Box 310 Dedham, MA 02027 Dear Mr. Buckley: I have received the petition of Tyler King appealing the nonresponse of the Norfolk County Commissioners (Commissioners) to his request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 26, 2021, Mr. King requested, “Norfolk County Fiscal Year 2021 (07/01/2020 - 06/30/2021) compensation data for all employees[,]” including specific fields of information. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. King petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2443, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Commissioners provided a response to Mr. King dated October 4, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the Commissioners’ lack of a written response, I will now consider this appeal closed. Mr. King may appeal the Commissioners’ response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
