G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 6, 2021, Ms. Stevenson requested, [1] … Laura Stevenson's Holbrook Issued G Suite account. [2] All evaluation documentation for Superintendent… [3] All evaluation documentation for the Director of Curriculum … Claiming to have not yet received a response, Ms. Stevenson petitioned our office and these appeals, SPR21/2464 and SPR21/2466 were opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided a response to Ms. Stevenson dated September 30, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the School’s lack of a written response, I will now will consider these administrative appeals closed.
