The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records September 29, 2021 SPR21/2470 Jeanmarie Tarara, Town Clerk Town of Holbrook 50 North Franklin St. Holbrook, MA 02343 Dear Ms. Tarara: I have received the petition of Katherine Connolly appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Holbrook (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Connolly requested a copy of the Town’s employment agreement with a Town employee. Having received no response, Ms. Connolly petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated September 28, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Connolly may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
