Murray Supervisor of Records October 4, 2021 SPR21/2478 Attorney Allison Cogliano City of Brockton City Hall 45 School Street Brockton, MA 02301 Dear Attorney Cogliano: I have received your petition on behalf of the City of Brockton (City) seeking relief from its obligation to produce responsive records. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c). As required by law, it is my understanding that the City has not furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor. Id. Conclusion I find that the City has not demonstrated that it provided a copy of this petition to the requestor as required by G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2).
