G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 1, 2021, the requestor sought “a copy of the police report on record.” The Department provided a response on July 14, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2485, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Department provided a supplemental response on September 30, 2021. Given that this appeal was opened based on the July 14th response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
