G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 23, 2021, Mr. Muadin requested various categories of records within the Town’s possession. Previous appeals This request was the subject of previous appeals. See SPR21/2282 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (September 8, 2021); SPR21/2291 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (September 21, 2021). The Town provided a response on September 27, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, Mr. Muadin petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2488, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Town provided responsive records to Mr. Muadin on September 30, 2021. Given that this appeal was opened based on the September 27th response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Muadin may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s September 30th response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
