G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 3, 2021, Mr. Mroz requested records regarding student information. The Department had provided a response on August 10, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Mroz petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2536, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Department provided a supplemental response on October 13, 2021. Given that this appeal was opened based on the August 10th response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mroz may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s October 13th response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
