G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On July 8, 2021, Mr. Skipton requested “… all Palmer Police dispatch radio traffic for 7-12-2017 from 5 pm to 10 pm, and copies of the Palmer police log book for 7-12- 2017 thru 7-13-2017.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Skipton petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2545, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department responded to Mr. Skipton’s request with a response sent on October 12, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Skipton may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
