G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On August 31, 2021, the requestor requested records regarding “the internal work history for the Assistant Town Administrator from date of original hire.” The Town provided a response on September 15, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Town’s response, the requestor petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2594, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Town provided a supplemental response to the requestor on October 14, 2021. Given that this appeal was opened based on the September 15th response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. The requestor may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s October 14th response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
