Manjarrez appealing the response of the Minuteman Regional Vocational High School (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On January 11, 2021, Mr. Manjarrez requested minutes from numerous executive sessions meetings. Previous appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR21/1600 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (July 7, 2021). The School responded on July 7, 2021. Unsatisfied with the School’s response, Mr. Manjarrez petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2604, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided a supplemental response on October 15, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the of the School’s July 7th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
