G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Fitzgerald requested a copy of all emails and texts messages sent and received from certain individuals from June 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021 and July 1, 2021 to July 13, 2021. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Friedman petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School responded to Mr. Fitzgerald’s request with a response sent on July 29, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Fitzgerald may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
