Murray Supervisor of Records October 8, 2021 SPR21/2626 Aaron Osborne Hampden-Wilbraham Regional School District 621 Main Street Wilbraham, MA 01095 Dear Mr. Osborne: I have received the petition of David Sanders appealing the nonresponse of the Hampden- Wilbraham Regional School District (District) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sanders requested “the meeting minutes of the Curriculum sub-cmte [sic] meeting of 8/19/21 and the meeting minutes of the full School Cmte [sic] meeting of 9/2/21.” Having received no response, he petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the District provided an initial response on October 8th, and indicated that further records will be provided as the District completes its review. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Sanders may appeal the substantive nature of the District’s response within 90 days.
