The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records October 22, 2021 SPR21/2629 Cecely Reardon Department of Youth Services 600 Washington Street Boston, MA 02111 Dear Ms. Reardon: I have received the petition of R.M. Secor appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Youth Services (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, the requestor sought certain records from the Lancaster School dated back to 1900. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided the requestor with a response to the request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. The requestor may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
