G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Levy requested “all documents allowed to the public pertaining to internal affairs/professional standards or other disciplinary matters” for identified individuals. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Levy petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City responded to Mr. Levy’s request with a response sent on October 19, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Levy may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
