G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 27, 2021, Mr. Christensen requested reports and communication records regarding Holistic Industries. The Commission provided a response on October 15, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Commission’s response, Mr. Christensen petitioned this office and SPR21/2718 was opened as a result. In an email dated October 18, 2020, Mr. Christensen informed this office that he wishes to withdraw this administrative appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
