Based upon a conversation between a staff member in the Public Records Law and the City of Worcester, it is my understanding that the City intends on providing a response to this appeal. Accordingly, the City is ordered to provide Mr. Jasper with a response to his request in a manner consistent with the Public Records Law and its Access Regulations within 10 business days.
