Executive Office of Housing & Economic Development 1 Ashburton Place, Room 2101 Boston, MA 02114 Dear Attorney McGovern: I have received the petition of Clodagh Lane, Esq. appealing the nonresponse of the Executive Office of Housing & Economic Development (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on September 3, 2021 Attorney Lane requested various categories of records within the Office’s custody. Having received no response, Attorney Lane petitioned our office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Office provided a response on October 26, 2021. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Attorney Lane may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within 90 days.
