The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records November 5, 2021 SPR21/2798 Anne Graglia-Kostos Human Resources Director Town of Lexington 1625 Massachusetts Avenue Lexington, MA 02420 Dear Anne Graglia-Kostos: I have received the petition of OpenMalden.com appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Lexington (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on September 26, 2021, OpenMalden.com requested, for the time period of January 1, 2019 to the date of the Town’s response: 1. All billing statements and/or invoices from [a named law firm, and;] 2. All documents evidencing payments made to [a named law firm]. The Town responded on October 25, 2021. On October 25, 2021, unsatisfied with the Town’s response, OpenMalden.com petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2798, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided OpenMalden.com with a response to their request dated November 2, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town’s October 25, 2021 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. OpenMalden.com may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s November 2nd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
