Villani Town Administrator Town of Milford 52 Main Street (Room #11) Milford, MA 01757 Dear Mr. Villani: I have received the petitions of Ms. Maria Consigli appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Milford (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Consigli requested documents from the Zoning Board and Animal Control. Having received no response, she petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response to both requests was provided, dated October 28, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider these administrative appeals closed. Ms. Consigli may appeal the substantive nature of the Town’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
