G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On June 9, 2021, Mr. Kosht requested “[a]ny documents which detail the history of internal affairs investigations and/or disciplinary actions regarding [two identified Troopers].” The Department responded on October 19, 2021, including responsive records in redacted form pursuant to Exemptions (c), (f), (n), and (o) of the Public Records Law. G. L. c. 4, § 7(26) (c), (f), (n), (o). Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Jaffe petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2807, was opened as a result. In an October 26, 2021 email, Mr. Jaffe informed this office he wishes to withdraw the administrative appeal. Accordingly, per Mr. Jaffe’s request to withdraw his appeal, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
