Murray Supervisor of Records November 8, 2021 SPR21/2820 Ann Marie Gill Bridgewater Police Department 220 Pleasant Street Bridgewater, MA 02111 Dear Ms. Gill: I have received the petition of Sean Hempseed appealing the nonresponse of the Bridgewater Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Hempseed requested a blank copy of the Department’s incident report form. Subsequently, I learned that the Department provided Mr. Hempseed with a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Hempseed may appeal the substantive nature of the Department response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
