Compliance Officer Lynn Public Schools 100 Bennett Street Lynn, MA 01905 Dear Attorney Gallo: I have received the petition of Commonwealth Transparency appealing the response of the Lynn Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 29, 2021, Commonwealth Transparency requested contracts for student busing with a named company and the School from 2017-2023. In an email dated November 16, 2021, Commonwealth Transparency informed this office they wish to withdraw the administrative appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
