G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Muldoon requested records or “a copy of each standard noted on page one of [the] reasonable accommodation policy… [and] a full copy of each standard.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Muldoon petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Department responded to Mr. Muldoon’s request with a response sent on November 10, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
