Lamanna, Esq. Assistant City Solicitor City of Lynn Lynn City hall 3 City Hall Square; Room 406 Lynn, MA 01901 Dear Attorney Lamanna: I have received the petition of Laura Ortiz appealing the nonresponse of the City of Lynn (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 18, 2021, Ms. Ortiz requested 11 categories of records regarding food services from 2018 to 2021. Subsequently, in an email correspondence dated November 10, 2021, this office was notified that a response, including responsive records were provided to Ms. Ortiz. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Ortiz may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
