G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 2, 2021, Mr. Lehane requested a police report. The Department provided a response on November 2, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Mr. Lehane petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2968, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Department provided this office with a supplemental response on November 10, 2021. Given that this appeal was opened based on the November 2nd response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
