Massachusetts Department of Transportation 10 Park Plaza Boston, MA 02116 Dear Attorney Doyle: I have received the petition of Susan Butler appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Butler requested records regarding a 2021 renewal of a private restricted landing area. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Butler with a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Butler may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
