G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 23, 2021, Mr. Willis requested records regarding, “communications, as per Public Record Law, [that] took place in which any three of the following five of the following Commonwealth of Massachusetts employees were all involved.” EOHHS provide a response to Mr. Willis on October 13, 2021. Unsatisfied with EOHHS’s October 13th response, Mr. Willis petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/2984, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, EOHHS provided a supplemental response on November 24, 2021. In light of this supplemental response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Willis may appeal the substantive nature of EOHHS’s November 24th supplemental response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
