Massachusetts Port Authority One Harborside Drive, Suite 200S East Boston, MA 02128 Dear Attorney DiTullio: I have received the petitions of Colman Herman appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Port Authority (Authority) to requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Herman requested “any settlement agreements, severance agreements, separation agreements, exit agreements, and/or the like that Massport has executed” with multiple identified individuals. Having received no response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office. Subsequently, the Authority provided a response on November 15th. In light of this response, I will consider these administrative appeals closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Herman may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority’s response within 90 days.
