G. L. c. 66 § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 29, 2021, Commonwealth Transparency requested, “Any and…all contracts for student bussing between [the School] and [a named company]…for…school years [2017- 2023].” The School provided a response on November 12, 2021. Unsatisfied with the response, Commonwealth Transparency petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/3007, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the School provided a supplemental response on November 16, 2021. In light of this, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
