See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 12, 2021, Mr. Sheridan requested “[a]ll records made by EMS staff / operators / drivers who were on scene at a rollover crash in Bridgewater, MA on May 15, 2021…” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Sheridan petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/3012, was opened as a result. It is my understanding the Office provided a response dated November 16, 2021 to Mr. Sheridan’s request. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s lack of a written response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
