G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 1, 2021, Ms. McCarthy requested various records regarding a named project at a named location. On November 2, 2021, the City responded. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Ms. McCarthy appealed and SPR21/3013 was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned the City responded to Ms. McCarthy’s request with a further response sent on November 15, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s November 2nd response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. McCarthy may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s November 15th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
