Box 351 Rowley, MA 01969 Dear Ms. McClenaghan: I have received the petition of Mr. Timothy A. Toomey appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Rowley (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Toomey requested “…any and all information relating to building department and/or all town departments regarding letter report dated October 21, 2021…” Having received no response, he petitioned this office. Subsequently, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated November 18, 2021. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
