G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 29, 2021, Commonwealth Transparency requested, “Any and…all contracts for student bussing between [the School] and [a named company]…for…school years [2017-2023].” The School provided a response on November 1, 2021. Unsatisfied with the response, Commonwealth Transparency petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/3030, was opened as a result. In a telephonic conversation between the School and a member of the Public Records Division, I have learned that a representative from the City of Lynn intends on providing a supplementary response on behalf of the School. Accordingly, the City is ordered to provide Commonwealth Transparency with a response in accordance with the Public Records Law, its Regulations, and this order within ten business days. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us.
