The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records November 30, 2021 SPR21/3033 Jeanne R. Quaglietti Town Clerk Town of East Longmeadow 60 Center Sq. East Longmeadow, MA 01028 Dear Ms. Quaglietti: I have received the petition of Stephen Buoniconti appealing the nonresponse of the Town of East Longmeadow (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 20, 2021, Mr. Buoniconti requested the following records: 1. Town Council meeting minutes for September 14, 2021. 2. Posting dated October 4 for the Town Council meeting for October 6, 2021, including the agenda. 3. Town Council meeting executive session minutes for October 6, 2021. 4. Town Council meeting minutes for October 12, 2021. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Buoniconti petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/3033, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Town provided Mr. Buoniconti with a response to his request dated November 23, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the Town’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this appeal closed. Mr. Buoniconti may appeal the substantive nature of the Department response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
