White Town Clerk Records Access Officer Town of Sandwich 130 Main Street Sandwich, MA 02563 Dear Taylor White: On November 18, 2021, I received your petition on behalf of the Town of Sandwich (Town) seeking a waiver of statutory limits on fees that may be assessed in responding to a public records request. G. L. c. 66, § 10(c), (d)(iv). It is my understanding that the Town has not furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor as required by law. Id. Conclusion I find that the Town has not demonstrated that it provided a copy of this petition to the requestor as required by G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2). Accordingly, I am unable to grant the Town’s petition at this time. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
