Hassett Drive Medford, MA 02115 Dear Mr. Viglione: I have received the petition of Joseph Viglione appealing the nonresponse of the City of Medford (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Viglione requested various categories of records related to “the hiring of a new access television manager for the alleged public access station which is being operated as an educational and governmental station only.” Having received no response, he petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the City provided a response on November 18, 2021. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Viglione may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
