G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 13, 2021, Mr. Muadin requested seven categories of records relating to a cellular tower located at a specified address in Pittsfield. The City responded on October 27, 2021, providing numerous responsive records. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Muadin appealed, and this case was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, I learned that the City provided a supplemental response by email to Mr. Muadin and this office on November 22, 2021. As this appeal was opened based on the City’s October 27th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Muadin may further appeal the substantive nature of the City’s November 22nd response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
