The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records December 3, 2021 SPR21/3068 Superintendent John V. Scenna Lynnfield Center Water District 83 Phillips Road Lynnfield, MA 01940 Dear Superintendent Scenna: I have received the petition of Attorney Brian D. McGrail appealing the nonresponse of the Lynnfield Center Water District (District) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 27, 2021, Attorney McGrail requested numerous documents pertaining to a specific rehabilitation project. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Attorney McGrail petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/3068, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that a response was provided to Attorney McGrail dated December 1, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the District’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Attorney McGrail may appeal the substantive nature of the District’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Brian D.
