The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records November 19, 2021 SPR21/3070 Shawn A. Williams, Esq. City of Boston 1 City Hall Plaza, Room 615 Boston, MA 02201 Dear Attorney Williams: I have received the petition of Peggy Wiesenberg, Esq. appealing the nonresponse of the City of Boston (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Wiesenberg requested various categories of records including reports, communications, and forms in the City’s custody. Claiming to have received no response, she petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the City informed this office that responses were provided on October 18th and November 3rd. In light of these responses, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Attorney Wiesenberg may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s responses within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
