The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records December 7, 2021 SPR21/3074 Peter Napolitano Assistant City Clerk City of Everett 484 Broadway #10 Everett, MA 02149 Dear Mr. Napolitano: I have received the petition of Joan P. Beckta appealing the response of the City of Everett (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 3, 2021, Ms. Beckta requested, “[a] list of all employees as 10/31/2021, what department they work in and…their phone number and email address.” On November 4, 2021, the City responded. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Ms. Beckta petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/3074, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City responded to Ms. Beckta request with a further response sent on December 6, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s November 5th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Beckta may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s December 6th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Joan P.
