Beckta appealing the response of the City of Everett (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 3, 2021, Ms. Beckta requested, “[a] list of all employees as 10/31/2021, what department they work in and…their phone number and email address.” On November 4, 2021, the City responded. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Ms. Beckta petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/3074, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the City responded to Ms. Beckta request with a further response sent on December 6, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s November 5th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
