The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records December 7, 2021 SPR21/3077 Beth A. Oldmixon, Esq. Assistant City Solicitor Office of the City Solicitor City of Beverly 191 Cabot St. Beverly, MA 01915 Dear Attorney Oldmixon: I have received the petition of Jim Younger appealing the response of the City of Beverly (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On November 15, 2021, Mr. Younger requested, “permission to view a complete copy of the project as titled [Beverly Regional Transmission Reliability Project N-192 Cable Replacement].” The City provided a response on November 18, 2021. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Younger petitioned this office, and SPR21/3077 was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the City provided a supplemental response to Mr. Younger and this office on December 7, 2021. Given that this appeal was opened based on the November 18th response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Younger may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s November 18th response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
