G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 1, 2021, Ms. McCarthy requested various records regarding a certain project. Prior appeal The requested records were the subject of a prior appeal. See SPR21/3013 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (November 19, 2021). In my November 19th determination I found that the City provided a supplemental response on November 15, 2021. Unsatisfied with the City’s supplemental response, Ms. McCarthy petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/3087, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned the City responded to Ms. McCarthy’s request with a further response sent on November 29, 2021. Where the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the City’s November 15th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. McCarthy may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s November 29th response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
