Gilday, Esq. appealing the response of the Winthrop Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On September 29, 2021, Attorney Gilday requested records regarding a motor vehicle accident on June 11, 2020 on an identified street. Previous appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. See SPR21/2899 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (November 15, 2021). The Department provided a response to this office and Attorney Gilday on November 16, 2021. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Attorney Gilday petitioned this office and SPR21/3099 was opened as a result. Subsequently, the Department provided this office with a supplemental response on December 2, 2021. Given that this appeal was opened based on the November 16th response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
