G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). On October 26, 2021, Ms. Lennon requested data involving student arrests from 2017 to 2020. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Lennon petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR21/3102, was opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that a response was provided to Ms. Lennon dated November 30, 2021. Where this matter was opened based upon the School’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
